Shipping and Returns
We ship internationally from Geneva, Switzerland via Swiss Post Economy and Tracking service.
Items in stock are shipped within two to three days of receipt of payment. Custom orders are shipped within the date as agreed with customer.
Please ensure your address is correctly indicated to ensure your order is received.

We take great care in our knits and hope you will be happy with your order, but if you are unsatisfied, please get in touch via Contact so we can come to an agreement as to how best to resolve any issues.
The shipping for agreed returned items is for the customer's account and responsibility until receipt. We are not responsible for items that a lost or damaged by postal services and suggest recorded delivery.
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged through incorrect item care. Please note the care instructions which is available on the item listing and in the packaging.
Items made under custom order (ie. customer specific colour, pattern or dimension) cannot be returned (or refunded).
